Third EU Handbook on the administrative approach in the European Union

This Third Handbook contains a brief history of the evolution of the European Network on the Administrative Approach (ENAA) and subsequently focuses on the definition and the five pillars of the administrative approach by using initiatives as examples. At the end, an overview is given on what has been done in the EU already.

This EU Handbook is for the benefit of policy makers, civil servants, law enforcement officers and other key stakeholders in EU Member States that are involved in the prevention and fight against serious and organised crime.
