Faustlos (Without fists, UK: Second Step)

There are three different versions of the program: For kindergartens, for elementary schools and for middle schools.

Each version comprises group lessons for training social-emotional skills in the areas of empathy, impulse control and anger management. Fostering these skills also has positive effects on the self-confidence and school performance of the children.

Each lesson (28 for kindergarten, 51 for elementary schools, 31 for middle schools) involves group discussions, roleplays, modeling and transfer. Faustlos is the German version of the US American program Second Step.
