EUCPN-ENAA webinar: Is the administrative approach too soft on crime?

The administrative approach is often portrayed as bureaucratic, “soft on crime,” and focused mainly on nuisance and minor infractions. This webinar takes that perception as its starting point and examines how far it reflects reality in practice. It will explore how administrative measures can generate broader impact by targeting the infrastructures and business models that enable organised crime. The session will also consider how the administrative approach operates in practice, how it complements criminal justice responses, and the conditions under which it can contribute to disrupting organised crime.
